Our Mission

The mission of Haven Homes is to provide accommodations and related services to meet the varying health needs of aging adults, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, in an atmosphere of Christian dignity.

The Family Circle

Haven Homes is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Maple Plain, just a comfortable drive west of Minneapolis. We provide a wide range of services in a cheerful and homelike atmosphere. Our caring staff is dedicated to providing a safe environment for everyone. Our accommodations are on one level, with no steps or elevators to overcome and our entrances are secured each evening.

We’d like to think that we are extended members of each family and we work hard at that relationship. However, we are no substitute for close family ties. We encourage each family to remain actively involved in their loved one’s life at Haven Homes. As a family member, there is an excellent opportunity to participate in important decisions regarding lifestyle at Haven Homes.

Volunteer Services

Volunteers of all ages are the socializers who help the residents interact with others. They provide friendship and companionship either in a group event, or on an individual basis, sharing a special interest such as needlepoint or fishing. We are fortunate to be part of the Maple Plain community where so many are willing to share their time and talents with us.

Pets

Haven Homes’ large indoor aviary provides ample bird watching opportunities. Feeders outside also provide additional opportunities. Of course, a visit from a family pet can be a joyous event as well.

Haven Homes’ professionally landscaped grounds provides a serene and park like environment for all to enjoy.
